Chef Éloise Renaud — A Story Told Through Flavour
Born in Lyon and trained under three Michelin-starred mentors in Paris, Chef Éloise Renaud brings two decades of mastery to the pass at Maison Dorée. Her philosophy is simple: honour the ingredient, respect the craft, surprise the guest. After stints at landmark kitchens in Tokyo and San Sebastián, Éloise returned to her roots and opened Maison Dorée in 2006. Today, her menus read like an autobiography — rooted in French tradition but alive with global curiosity. She was awarded Chef of the Year by the Culinary Institute of America in 2022.

We welcome guests Tuesday through Sunday for dinner service. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance. Walk-ins are accommodated at the bar when space permits. **Tuesday – Thursday:** 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM **Friday – Saturday:** 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM **Sunday:** 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM **Monday:** Closed Valet parking is complimentary with dinner. A smart-casual dress code is observed; jacket preferred.
